1. Trash Removal Fee
If any trash is left at the property, a fee of $25 per 13 gallon trash bag will be charged.
2. Toxic Chemicals
Our service does not include the removal of chemicals, toxic or otherwise. Please ensure that any hazardous substances are properly managed and removed prior to our arrival.
3. Cleaning Standards
While we strive to ensure that your home is as clean as possible, we cannot guarantee a germ-free environment.
4. On-Site Presence Fee
If you or anyone else is present at the property during the scheduled cleaning time and our team needs to clean around you and your team, an additional fee of $50 per hour will apply.
5. Changes to Service
Any changes to the scheduled service or special requests must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Additional fees may apply based on the nature of the request.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations incur a charge equal to the deposit.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash or Zelle.
8. Liability
While we take great care in our work, Busy Bee Lizzie LLC is not liable for any damages or losses incurred during the cleaning service. If there is a concern please address it prior to the scheduling cleaning time.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing access to the property and ensuring that all areas to be cleaned are accessible. If our team cannot access certain areas due to obstacles or restrictions, those areas may not be cleaned, and no refund will be issued. The Job site must be safe for all Busy Bee Lizzie employees to work.
10. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service if, in our professional judgment, the conditions or circumstances at the property are not suitable for cleaning, or if we believe that our safety or the safety of our team could be compromised. This includes but is not limited to, unsafe working conditions or refusal to comply with our service policies. In such cases, any fees incurred up to that point will be charged, and no further services will be provided.
We strive to provide high-quality service and appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe and manageable working environment.
11. Utilities and Climate Control
To perform our cleaning services effectively, we require that power and water be turned on and available at the property during our scheduled service. Additionally, to ensure a comfortable working environment for our team, heating and air conditioning must be operational during appropriate weather conditions.
Please ensure these utilities are set up and functioning before our arrival. Failure to provide these necessities may result in delays or inability to complete the service, and may incur additional charges.
