I’m Lizzie, the proud founder of Busy Bee Lizzie, a cleaning service born from my passion for bringing calm and comfort to families like mine. I’m a devoted mom to my incredible three-year-old son, who was my tiny co-founder in the early days. Just a year ago, I was teaching preschool—a career I once loved but found myself outgrowing. Amid the whirlwind of lesson plans and glitter glue, I discovered a quiet joy in cleaning, turning cluttered spaces into havens of peace. By June, with the wholehearted encouragement of my amazing husband, I left teaching behind to chase a new dream. That’s when Busy Bee Lizzie buzzed to life, launching at the end of July. It started with me and my little boy, tackling homes together until I could get him into preschool—proof that big dreams can begin anywhere!

Busy Bee Lizzie isn’t just about cleaning—it’s Family Home Assistance, a service close to my heart, built from a lifetime of helping families thrive. From my days as a nanny to becoming a mom myself, I’ve seen how much a helping hand can mean. After my son was born via C-section, I felt that need up close: my husband had no paternity leave, and our family could only stay a few days to support me. It hit me how many of us long for a village—someone to lean on when life feels heavy.
